Project Overview: Svět Průmyslu is a dynamic platform dedicated to delivering insightful content across various sectors of industry. As the lead developer and project manager, I’ve been responsible for the complete overhaul and continuous innovation of this WordPress-based site, which now houses hundreds of articles and also serves as the digital counterpart to our printed and digital magazines.
Development and Challenges: Taking on this project was particularly challenging due to budget constraints. Despite this, I successfully revamped the website, ensuring it is both functional and visually appealing. Leveraging the flexibility of WordPress, I customized the site to meet our specific needs, while optimizing it for performance and user experience.
Online Presence and Growth: Over the past two years, I have spearheaded efforts to significantly expand our online presence. When I took over, the digital footprint of Svět Průmyslu was relatively static. Today, through a strategic combination of content marketing, social media management, and SEO, our combined online reach has grown to hundreds of thousands. Our presence is reinforced by the digital versions of our printed magazines, which are seamlessly integrated into the website.

And many others. I'm always trying to find out new things that help.
User Experience and Feedback: One of my key responsibilities has been to ensure the website remains user-friendly. We actively seek feedback from our audience to continually refine the user experience, and I oversee the implementation of these improvements.
Results and Impact: Since taking on this project, the growth has been substantial, not only in terms of traffic but also in engagement across all digital platforms. The site now serves as a central hub for industry professionals, providing them with easy access to a wealth of information and resources.
